Brussels home of the AEA-EAL Congress 2011 !

Under the patronage of Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission EU Justice Commissioner.

This year, the association organizes its annual congress in Brussels, where it has been founded 25 years ago.

The main topic of the congress will be "Insolvency under European law", a very actual subject, being the publication of the EU Implementing Regulation of February 22, 2010.

We will have speakers from the European Commission, University professors and highly specialized professionals, an excellent opportunity to update our knowledge and to be able to recognize in time the problems envolved in case of an intra-European insolvency.

An excellent opportunity, furthermore to network and to have fun. We will celebrate the 25th birthday by a prestigious gala dinner with choosen guests and you will have the opportunity to network even more on Saturday, with a speed dating session. On this day, you also will have the opportunity to listen to a round-table debate on lobbying by lawyers in presence of the president of the Brussels French Bar, Jean-Pierre Buyle, and a conference on marketing for law firms.
